Return Policy

This Policy covers orders placed through our website ONLY.

ALL JEWELRY, ACCESSORIES and SALE ITEMS are considered FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return or exchange.
All other items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, tags attached and be accompanied by the original return label and receipt. All refunds are only available if returned by mail to the address below:

Returns are accepted within 30 days from the Shipped date.
Items purchased on M Handbags, Inc. (M’s Clothing) website CANNOT be returned or exchanged in our physical locations.

For a Refund of Online Purchase:
All packages will include a “Return Label”, an order invoice, and your merchandise.

  1. Please fill out the form completely and accurately, including the reason for return. Enclose the return label with the item(s) you are returning. Please make sure to indicate if you would prefer to receive a refund, or make an exchange for another size, color, or item. If you are exchanging a product, please make sure to fill out the exchange section properly in order to avoid delay with your exchange.
  2. Pack and seal the merchandise with the “Return Label
  3. Mail Package to:
    M Handbags, Inc. (M’s Clothing)
    ATTN: Online Returns
    649 Anita Street, Suite A5
    Chula Vista, CA 91911
  4. Allow 2-3 weeks from return date for processing of return and 1-2 billing cycles for credit to appear on your account statement.

NOTE: Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. You are responsible for the return fees.

Returns of Wrong Items:

  1. If the wrong item was shipped follow the steps in “For a Refund of Online Purchase” above.
  2. If the correct item is no longer in stock a full refund will be given for that item and that item only. Shipping costs will also be refunded provided a copy of the shipping receipt is contained in the return package.
  3. If the correct item is in stock, it will be sent immediately to you at the same address the previous item was delivered to at no additional cost. It is the customer's responsibility to ship back the order. Once we receive the package, we will correct the order and ship it back to the customer at no additional cost.

Exchange of Items:
In the event the customer requests to exchange their original order, or a portion of their original order for different items; the customer is responsible for all return-shipping costs. Once we receive the package, we will exchange your items and ship them back to you at no additional cost.
